Dear Fellow Club Chef

Our last meeting was held at the beautiful Mill River Club. Thanks so much to Chef Fay Reyes and her crew for putting on a terrific show; both food and service were really very good and we all benefited from a great interpretation of an all pork menu.

Our business meeting focused mainly on the upcoming fundraisers for The Gasse Family Fund. Tony Nunes from the Waccabuc Club explained how the Fund had been set up, also he gave us details of the golf outing held on this past October 6th at The Canyon Club. Our next outing to benefit the Gasse Family Fund will be held at Cold Spring Country Club in the spring, sponsored by chef Joseph Guerra. The outing had to be postponed due to conflict in scheduling with the annual Michael Loper event.

If you were not able to participate in the fund raising outings you are encouraged to be part of Club Chef's Run. For more information please see details on the attached letter with return address stamped envelope.

Our next meeting will be held at the Bronxville Field Club 914-664-3585 on Tuesday October 14th at 6pm. Please call Mike Dolan to make your reservations. Let's have a great turn out!!!

Thank you for your continued support.
