Dear Fellow Club Chefs,
Our next meeting at The Mill River Club has changed to September 18, 2012 at 5pm. Our hosting Chef Fay Reyes had a conflict with September 11, 2012.
This meeting is going to be casual, so golf attire is fine, no jacket or tie required. Please RSVP to Chefpsh@yahoo.com or Chef Fay at moonfish73@aol.com.
Also in an effort to support The American Culinary Federation Executive Chef Maurice Hurley has agreed to change our October meeting date to October 16. 2012.
The CAWLC is once again partnering with Food Bank of Westchester, Slow Foods and local farmers to help support farm to table at our clubs. The event is scheduled for October 9th 201 at Westchester Country Club from 6pm-9pm. This event is well attended, if anyone is interested in hosting a table or just helping out please contact Michael Murry cawlc.acf@gmail or Andrew Morrisandymorris18@optimum.net to answer further questions.
