November 2013 Newsletter

Dear Fellow Club Chefs,

I would like to remind everyone that our next meeting will be this Tuesday November 19, 2013

at The Millbrook Club, hosted by Executive Chef Austin Braswell. Cocktails are at 6pm followed

by Education, Meeting and Dinner. The education for the evening will be presented by Executive

Chef Lenny Phillips. Chef Lenny will be working with fermentation of Vegetables and Beverages.

I would like to thank Executive Chef Eddie Loayza and General Manager Steven Till of

Hampshire Country Club for once again hosting our annual POTS charity event.

Thanks to all of The Club Chefs that participated in this years event, the food stations were

amazing this year. Also a special thank you to Executive Chefs John Krall and Michael Dolan

for chairing this very worth while event. By the amount of people in attendance I think we

exceeded last years donation, GREAT JOB to all involved and Thank You.

This years annual MCMA/Club Chef Holiday Party will be held on December 9, 2013 at 6PM

if you want to attend you must RSVP we will not allow walk ins. 12 09 13 Family Holiday Party
