Hello Chefs,

Our season is upon us and I’m sure everybody is gearing up for a great summer.

We are still looking for a host for our may Meeting. we have quite a few items to discuss and I would really like to get this meeting set up sooner rather than later. If you are interested in hosting please let me know. I can be reached at lorcan.oconnell@oldoaks.com.

Several of our members have accepted new positions this year ( including myself) so please reach out to any of our new chefs and make sure they are getting the assistance they need in their new positions.
