Chris Gasse Golf Outing was a huge success again! I want to thank GM John Assuma and Chef Tony Nunes and their staff for hosting such a great event. I also would like to say thanks to all of you Chefs that participated, volunteered, donated items to the auction. Of course all of the this would not be possible with out Chef Lenny orchestrating all that goes into the planning process to ensure we have a good turnout and sponsors! We are still waiting for some payments to come in, but a good round number raised for the family will be around 22,000+$.
Speaking of Charity, Chef Dan would like to thank everyone who helped in the Janice Hospice at Bronxville Field Club this year. We have one more event that we do as a organization for POTS. Another worth while cause helping a soup kitchen in the Bronx. The date will be November 15th at Hampshire Country Club. John Krall will be asking again for us to help in any manner possible. Donations off any kind will be greatly appreciated for their auction.
To close out the year we are thinking of doing a Lunch or Dinner in Manhattan in December. If anyone has any great places we would enjoy or any input please come with ideas to this meeting so we can start the planning process.
