January Update

Hello Chefs,

Just wanted to get a reminder out about the upcoming meeting next week.

Wednesday January 11, at Manursing Island Club

1 S Manursing Island, Rye, NY 10580

6:00 PM Arrival and awesome Hord's

6:30-45ish start Education

7:30-8:00 PM Meeting, followed by dinner

Education will be a demo and lecture on Valrhona and Republica Del Cacao chocolates. Manursing's pastry chef Dianna will feature a dessert with the chocolates from the tasting and lecture! Not to be out done Chef John and Secretary Nicole always put out a great dinner not to be missed!

For those who are attending the trip to Sicily we just received 30 continuing education hours!! Most hours we have received for a club chef trip! Special thanks to Chef Lenny for helping in achieving this! I am attaching the itinerary for everyone to review again.
