CCW Meeting On Tuesday 9th reminder

Hi Chefs,

We are pleased to announce that Francesca from La Rustichella and Ace Edico will be giving us a educational journey on Truffles!

Truffle is the fruit of the earth and has been known since the ancient times. The characteristics of color, flavor, and aroma of truffles are determined by the type of trees from which they develop from. Moving forward will we explore how truffle are hunted to the many types of species and their heath benefits. Just a glimpse of the great presentation prepared for us.

Of course Chef Max has been heavily supplied with truffles for the dinner following the meeting!

The event will be held at Brae Burn Country Club located at:

6:30 PM arrival

7:00 PM education

7:45 PM meeting

8:00 PM dinner

This is our last meeting before we have our summer break. Please make every effort to come out and enjoy the night.
