October 10 Tuesday CCW meeting

Oktoberfest for the Club Chefs of Westchester is here! Complete with an German Chef, Jan has a great festive menu planned for us!

The meeting will be held at Orienta Beach Club and is located at 1054 Walton Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 on Tuesday October 10.

We have a great night planned with education on Game Meats. Education is provided by Fossil Farms owner Lance Applebaum and Chef Scott Drozd.

During the lecture we will sample a few of the exotic yet approachable game meats consisting of pig head, elk and ostrich. We picked a few items that we think you can use for specialty menu items and something that you might not have had in the past. Delicious and fun!
