Club Chefs October Recap

Hi Chefs,

We have a had a great month! We started the month with Oktober Fest at Oreinta beach club. Big thanks to General Manager/Chef Mark Sheehan and Chef Jan Hoffman for opening up the doors for one of the biggest turnouts this year! We had a amazing craft beer paired menu followed by schnapps for old time sake. Thanks again!

Yesterday was our first Presidents Invitational at Old Oaks country club. The weather held out and we were able to have a great time. The scenery was amazing which made the golf even better, we were lucky to play on a famous A.W. Tillinghast designed golf course. The winner names will be etch in the trophy as seen in the picture below.

Chef Victor and the gang from Scarsdale came out on top. Congratulations! Thanks to our hosts General Manager Iwona Sterk and Chef Lorcan for a great event.
