Merry Christmas CCW

Hi Chefs,

On behalf of the Club Chefs of Westchester, we would like to wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Hope everyone gets some down time to sit back and relax and, if you're lucky, have someone else do the cooking!

We had a great time at the lunch at Le Berdardin. Special thanks to Chef Max and Blue Ribbon Seafood for the donation of the Halibut course! What a great surprise! We were also very lucky that Chef Eric Ripert was in town and made an appearance. I included a few pictures of the lunch including the Halibut and dessert course.

The next meeting will be at Bronxville Field Club on Tuesday, January 9 at 6:00 PM. Please mark your calendars and I will have more information out in the reminder email.
