Nice to See so Many in Attendance this Past Tuesday! We had a Sellout Crowd.. Thanks for the great bread demo Leonard Phillips, Trace Martin. I know you put a lot of time and effort into it. You Made it look so easy to do... The take home starter dough was a nice touch... I hope our members will enjoy using the cook book we handed out. Victor Honrath transformed his club to a Basque Paradise! The Flowers and Farmhouse Tables where a Nice Touch...
The food and wine will be remembered for a long time. No one Left Hungry.. The Service was Friendly, Crisp and on Point. Victor You should be Proud to be a Member of Club Chefs of Westchester and Showcasing you’re Club in Such a Creative Light. Thank You!
Also Thank You to Randy Ruder who gave a very Generous Check to CCW for the Annual Vendor Show. The funds Provided can Help with offsetting Education Cost to all our Members.
Looking Ahead our Next Meeting is on Wednesday May 9th @ 6pm. It will be held at the Coveleigh Club in Rye.
